Applying stucco, drywall touch-up, shower tile prep, odds and ends

Drywall is Installed!

Enclosing the walls with drywall was a huge step forward!

Installing rough plumbing, fire sprinklers, and electrical.

Progress on the house build since December 2024.

Installing doors, windows, rough plumbing, and electrical.

Completing the last major rough framing task

Constructing window arches, bay window support, 2nd floor interior walls, and color-coordinating the roof tile.

This marks the 1-year anniversary of the start of rough framing.
